The company
MUSE – Science Museum of Trento is a landmark institution in the Italian museum scene, where science, innovation and sustainability meet to tell the story of the relationship between man and nature.
In this context, the Muse Café was born, a food court designed to reflect the museum’s values through conscious choices and an immersive experience between digital and physical.

The proposal
The proposal stems from a careful analysis of the user journey, which guided the design of the Muse Café’s visual identity and signage. Ordering totem interfaces were developed, optimizing digital interaction, and packaging and gadgets were studied to ensure consistency with the concept. The menu was rethought by focusing on the ingredients rather than the finished dish, emphasizing the theme of transparency and X-ray, a common thread in the project.

The brief
The goal was to rethink the Muse Café not only as a place of refreshment, but as an extension of the museum experience, promoting sustainability, transparency, and interaction.
The concept had to integrate visual and communicative elements that could tell the story of the connection with the territory and the philosophy of MUSE, involving visitors in a path that combines design, science and innovation.
