Transparent Society and organization

The pages are constantly updated and progressively supplemented with data and information as it becomes available.
Sid students review
Scuola italiana Design’s improvement processes are complemented by students’ opinions on the quality of services offered and infrastructure.
The SID Students Review is a survey tool involving all students enrolled in courses of the 1st Level Diploma Course of Scuola Italiana Design. The collection of this information is valuable as it provides tangible feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the educational offerings, structure and related core services (laboratories, library, secretariat).
Surveys are carried out throughout the year at the conclusion of each of the courses so that the progress of individual classes and the quality of individual teachers are constantly monitored. Two other key moments for us are: the conclusion of the entire three-year training course and the professional experience of our former SIDDERS one year after their graduation… In this way we can witness the steady increase in professional opportunities once the educational course is completed.
Career alias
In accordance with the objectives of the Single Guarantee Committee for equal opportunity, the enhancement of the welfare of those who work and study, and against discrimination, Scuola Italiana Design is committed to providing adequate measures to ensure the activation of the Career Alias to all students enrolled in the Three-Year Formative Pathway who do not identify with the registry gender identity.
Internationalization
Scuola Italiana Design with Galileo Visionary District promotes internationalization through collaborations with global entities, institutions and academic realities. Over the past three years, we have consolidated strategic partnerships in Europe, Latin America, India and other regions to develop innovative projects and educational pathways.
Third mission
The third mission activities carried out by SID fit broadly into the category of cultural and educational activities. They are knowledge dissemination activities aimed at
both SME and large enterprises and the local area on the topic of sustainability, planning and ecological transition.
Scuola Italiana Design, as part of the Institute’s research and artistic production activities, organizes internal exhibitions and moments of sharing with the entire community of faculty and students to pool the results that have emerged in terms of artistic production from each of the courses.
Right to Study
SID offers several services to students for the right to study, including inbound orientation, reception, and recognition of CFAs without educational debt. While it does not provide nominal scholarships, it reduces the tuition fee through funds from partnerships with institutions and companies. Provides support for students with disabilities according to current regulations. On exit, facilitates job placement with internships, referrals to partner companies and employment questionnaires. Promotes educational experiences with internships and apprenticeships by also offering paid summer work experience to 2nd-year students within the R&D department of Galileo Visionary District.
